Tuan…I would love to learn more. I feel like I am in a very surreal moment in my life here. Believe it or not I developed my own 5Fs of life about 5 years ago but never tried to develop it or spread the word to others until the last two years. Then a friend showed me your system and I about fell over. It is nearly identical. I just have FUN in the place of Friends. I considered Friends as part of Family. I also have an important distinction placing 2 above the others as Goals whereas the other 3 are Tools to reach those goals. Thus the FOCUS has to be on those 2. Interesting……again I look forward to learning more. From what I have seen so far this is an excellent system for balancing life
