About – Five F's of Life
About
I created the website along with the book because I want to help people have a balance and happy life. Please feel free to like !!!
Why the Five F’s of Life?
I wrote the book because I notice so many business people that I met on planes that didn’t have their priorities right. Everyone is so busy that they don’t have time to read long books. So I made my book to be read in 30 minutes or less. My book details basic steps you can take to balance your life from a very practical perspective. Feel to contact me too if you have questions.
What are the Five F’s of Life?
Faith
Gets you through the bad times when everything seems impossible
Fitness
Be health so you can help your family and friends
Family
You really only got one family no matter what combinations
Friends
They will remind you that you are wrong at times when you think you are right
Finances
Stay out of financial trouble and you’ll sleep well at nights
Note: It’s important to know the order of the F’s because you need to prioritize in that order to get the most balance life. I have had a few friends that said fitness should not be before family, but if you are not health enough, then you can’t help your family or friends out.
How to balance my life?
Just read the book =)
When should I start balancing my life?
Why not now?
Faith, Fitness, Family, Friends, Finance
